The
Pennsylvania HIV Prevention Community Planning Committee
(Committee) is a group of individuals united for a common
purpose.
Committee
members serve by virtue of their life experiences and
expertise and are not understood to function as representatives
of any agency or organizational affiliation. The Committee
is charged with developing the multi-year Plan to include
objectives and recommended interventions and activities.
In
addition, they review the Department of Health's application
for CDC funding to procure HIV prevention services to
insure its concurrence with the Prevention Plan allocation
of HIV prevention resources. They also provide input
and recommendations to the Division on other HIV prevention-related
issues.
The
2005 PENNSYLVANIA
COMMUNITY HIV PREVENTION PLAN is now available.
